Our office is open again

We hope you are all still in good health during these exciting Corona times. Ibérica-Estates has some good news to share. Our office has opened again. The Spanish government has decided that we can open the doors of our agency again.

Who can we help from May 11th?

In the coming weeks we can help customers who are currently in Spain. We also start again with our property management and key holding services. We have personally informed all customers who have an active property management agreement for their Spanish property.

Current viewing options in Spain

Both customers who have decide to sell their Spanish property and customers who want to view a property out of or portfolio house can contact us to set a personal appointment. The only condition is that you are already in Spain.

Can I already travel to Spain from abroad?

Unfortunately it is not yet possible to travel to Spain from abroad. Spain will only allow you to enter the country if you are a resident. The number of flights to Spain will also be very limited in the coming weeks.

However, we expect the situation to improve in the coming period. Keep an eye on our news section on the website or follow our popular news page on Facebook.
