Our founder and the managing director of Ibérica-Estates, Emiel Nillezen, worked for many years in the Spanish banking system. As a financial adviser within Sabadell Solbank and Barclays Bank, he is familiar dealing with real estate agencies and has gained a lot of experience in financing Spanish property on behalf of the bank.
